Ballet

Girls: Leotard, optional skirt, pink ballet shoes, hair pulled back into a bun.

  • Ballet I: Royal Blue

  • Ballet II: Mulberry

  • Ballet III: Teal

  • Ballet IV: Black

  • Ballet V: Burgundy

  • Pre-Ballet: Dancer's choice of color and style leotard, optional dancer's choice short skirt

Leotards can be purchased anywhere, but assigned colors for each ballet class can also be found at https://www.shopnimbly.com/musettepas:

Boys: White t-shirt, black leggings/shorts, black ballet shoes.

*SUMMER CLASSES: LEO CAN BE ANY COLOR

Contemporary

  • Leotard or athletic attire such as leggings — we recommend long pants or tights, as we do a lot of floor work

  • Half-soles

  • Hair pulled out of face

  • No jewelry

Pre-Jazz/Tap & Jazz/Tap I

  • Black or tan jazz shoes and black velcro tap shoes

  • Leotard or athletic attire such as a tank/t-shirt and leggings/shorts

  • We ask that you do not buy tap shoes that tie unless your student can tie their own shoes

Jazz II-IV

  • Leotard/tights or athletic attire

  • Black jazz shoes

  • Hair out of face

  • No jewelry

Tap II-IV

  • Leotard and/or athletic attire

  • Black tap shoes

  • Hair pulled back

Theatre/Musical Theatre Dance/Adaptive Dance

  • Anything your student feels comfortable moving in

  • Tan or black jazz shoes for Musical Theatre Dance

Hip-Hop

  • Athletic wear you can move in

  • No jewelry

  • Clean tennis shoes
